As we step into a new year, we’ve found ourselves reflecting on everything the past year held—both the challenges and the wins. It’s no secret that 2025 brought difficult and unprecedented moments for so many. Through it all, one thing remained constant: the unwavering support of our community. Because of you, Nested didn’t just survive—we grew.
One of our proudest highlights this year was the incredible growth of our graphic apparel line. What began with Nested Kind—rooted in kindness, mental health awareness, and positive messaging—grew beyond what we could have imagined. In 2025 alone, 209 Nested Kind graphics made their way into the hands of customers near and far, spreading messages of encouragement, hope, and kindness. That momentum carried into our broader graphic apparel line, which became our top-selling category of the year.
We also saw amazing growth when it came to introducing Nested outside of our shop. Our traffic more than doubled at both the Midwest Made and Found Event and Rural Route Ramble, reminding us just how powerful in-person connection can be. Even more humbling—Nested shipped to 28 different states, reaching homes far beyond our small-town roots.
While graphics led the way, another customer favorite held strong: our Nested Signature Scent, created in collaboration with Katie Cloud Home, landed as our third top-selling item. Knowing that something so thoughtfully created is now part of so many homes means more than we can say.
One of the biggest milestones of the year was our move and expansion into a new space. This transition allowed us to carry more inventory, welcome more customers, and create a space that truly reflects the heart of Nested. And maybe our favorite addition of all—the event space connected to our shop. Watching it come to life through vendor pop-ups, private events, and cozy girls’ nights filled with laughter, games, and creativity has been incredibly special.
